What is Candimart?
Candimart is a marketing platform that offers his users numerous discounts, offers and privileges at various shops and businesses in the city where they live, through the website and the application of Candimart. Users of the Candimart application can browse offers and discounts and collect them all in the form of "Candi", as the Candi is the name used in Candimart for offer, discount, or privilege…etc.
What is the Candi?
The Candi is any discount, offer, voucher, gift, invitation or discount offered by merchant or local business to the customers, then collected by customers and used digitally using Candimart application.
How Candimart works? (brief)
1- Collect the offer which you like by clicking “Get Candi”(you should create Candimart account or login with Facebook.
2- During your visit to merchant venue, present the Candi to the merchant on the screen of your smart phone. The merchant will redeem the Candi for you by either scanning the QR Code or by entering his own redemption code on your phones screen(you must have working internet connection on your phone.
How can the merchant or local business redeem the Candi?
The merchant can use one of two ways to redeem the Candi:
1 – Scan the QR Code on customers pone screen using his own smartphone or using a special scanner. Using this way, the customer smart phone will be used to display the Candi QR Code only.
2. The merchant can enter his own 5 digits redemption code directly on customers smartphone screen. Using this way, the customer phone needs to have a working internet connection.
Is it possible to redeem the same Candi more than once?
No, the Candi is redeemed for time only. Some merchants might ignore or skip the Candi validation, which allows the customer to use it again, but this will be up to the merchant decision himself.
How many Candies can customer get from each Candi?
Each customer can get one copy of the same Candi.
Does the merchant get, collect, or receive any information about the customer?
No, the merchant does not receive any information that is not authorized by the customer. For example, The merchant will know the name of the customer who redeemed the Candi (the name of the account that was created on Candimart or the name of the Facebook account) and the date and time of the redemption, but does not receive any other information such as e-mail, phone number, address..etc.
Does the Candi have an expiry date?
Yes. Each Candi has an expiry date which is set by the merchant himself. If the customer didn’t use or redeem the Candi within this date, it will expire and he will not be able to use it any more.
Is Candimart service free?
Yes, Candimart service is 100% free, any user can sign up for free and get Candies.
Are there any conditions or terms to get or redeem a Candi?
There are no pre-conditions by Candimart, but each merchant can list his own terms and conditions for the Candi he issues, and the terms and conditions of any Candi will be clearly stated in the Candi details. For example, the merchant may set certain times during the day to redeem the Candi, such as "Candi could be redeemed before 11:00am only", this all depends on the merchant himself and has nothing to do with Candimart.
What if the merchant refrained to redeem the Candi?
It is assumed that no merchant will refrain to redeem the Candi. If this happens, please contact Candimart team directly, our team will take appropriate action.
Does Candimart guarantee the quality of service provided by the merchant?
Candimart team always works with merchants to facilitate the Candi redemption process, but the quality of the service or goods offered by each merchant can not be guaranteed. However, Candimart id always working to get the best deals from the best merchants, and the customer him self will be able to review and rate the merchant during or after Candi redemption.
